A Farewell Message from Kathleen McGoey

Dear LCJP Community,

It is with much thought, reflection, and emotion that I write to announce my resignation as Executive Director of LCJP. After eight amazing years full of opportunity and growth, my last day at LCJP will be March 31, 2021. As you will hear in my farewell video message, I would like to take this opportunity to honor and recognize the incredible impact that we have made together. Since I joined the team in 2013, LCJP has:

Facilitated more than 800 Restorative Justice cases involving 2,000 Responsible and Harmed parties and their families, with an over 90% success rate.

Amplified the transformative role of Restorative Practices and the 5 R's- through our events, trainings, partnerships, and sharing the message of our impact with communities throughout the world.

As I look back, these achievements are two of my greatest sources of joy. I am grateful to have been given the opportunity to lead LCJP, and I thank you for trusting me with this great responsibility. It has been a privilege to work in partnership with you all. And now, LCJP is ready for new leadership, and I am ready to spread my wings on my next adventure.
