Our restorative justice programs and interventions are available to everyone. These restorative offerings range from training and community cultivation to restorative mediation, community group conferencing, reintegration contracting and group restorative justice like Your Story, Your Power and RESTORE.

Our Partners
BRITE Collaborative works with many different community partners to offer restorative interventions including I Have a Dream Foundation of Boulder County, the City of Longmont’s Department of Children Youth and Families, and Mirror Image Arts.
Longmont Community Justice Partnership
For over 20 years, Longmont Community Justice Partnership (LCJP), now a program under BRITE Collaborative, has worked in close partnership with the City of Longmont to provide pre-file deflection restorative justice for youth and adults. This partnership continues today to offer people an opportunity to step into accountability while working to repair with those who have been harmed through community group conferencing; Your Story, Your Power; and Reintegration Contracting.
Community Based Organizations
Along with direct referrals from law enforcement agencies, BRITE CO welcomes referrals from community based organizations—particularly those working with at-risk populations or those who are justice involved/adjacent. Along with training and consultation, we are ready to receive your referral to help resolve your conflict immediately. Through supporting the integration of restorative approaches within our community we can help mitigate the risk of vulnerable and/or marginalized populations becoming criminally justice involved.
Municipalities
BRITE CO has been providing restorative justice to The City of Longmont for over 30 years. We are working to increase access to restorative justice and restorative practices across Boulder County and beyond. We can work with any municipality to assist with the facilitation of any case that law enforcement is involved with. We can provide a community group conference to support accountability, repair, and agreements. We also train police departments, public safety organizations, probation departments, and municipalities to begin building a community restorative justice program.
