Gender & Sexuality Inclusivity at LCJP

This month, LCJP staff and volunteers took a step in the right direction for gender and sexuality inclusivity. Staff from Boulder County Public Health’s OASOS Program gave a training to LCJP staff and volunteers on the best practice of using pronouns. We planned next steps for implementation and are keeping this conversation alive among staff and volunteers. Thank you to the community leaders at our area LGBTQ+ advocacy organizations who’ve lead by example and made this change accessible to LCJP.
