Data Driven
Hope and heart bring volunteers to Restorative Justice, but regular evaluation is crucial to assess success and identify areas for improvement. We are meticulous about our data collection to the point that we paired with PenLink - a data analyst company - to ensure effective analysis and interpretation of the data we collect.
